  The home was clean and comfortable. It had just the right amount of indoor and outdoor seating to accommodate our big family. The elevator was a big help to my grandmother. The pool was wonderful but also we were only a short walk to the beach. The staff was helpful and quick to respond when I had a question. A favorite restaurant was Paula Dean's! Love her Peach Tea and Catfish!

  We had a great vacation. The house was beautiful with excellent bones and solid furniture.
  
  The only issue we had was the cleanliness. The outside was not cleaned. Both garbage cans were full, but we realized that we had to leave two full cans also as the pick up was only one day.
  The bathrooms were clean. The kitchen and living room were clutter free but not that clean.

  This house is in a great location and just a short walk to the beach. The pool was much more shaded and not as private as we had hoped. The house is nicely decorated and comes with keys to the owners golf cart. Overall, a nice rental for the price and location.
